LEVEL 1 BEGINNER TRAINING PLAN ONLY 1$ / WEEK

3 CORE TRAINING PLANS

Level 1

BEGINNER

Best For:

  • first lifting program 

  • returning from long breaks

  • casual, flexible training

​

Requires:

  • a barbell, squat rack, bench, and plates

  • The ability to perform back squats, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, barbell row, and body weight rows with good form

Level 2

INTERMEDIATE

Best for:

  • Trainees with 6-12 months experience 

  • off season athletes

  • beginner powerlifters, crossfitters, and weightlifters  

  • those willing to make lifestyle changes to facilitate recovery

The Level 2 program contains similar equipment and exercises as the Level 1 only with more work and heavier weights 

​

Level 3

ADVANCED

Best for:

  • Trainees with several years of experience

  • willing to work with a coach and take feedback

  • with access to a variety of gym equipment 

​

​The Level 3 program includes longer training phases, more exercise variation, and relies more on individual variation than the other plans

WORK WITH A COACH
